How often can I participate in the ValueVillageListens survey

Participation in the ValueVillageListens survey only once per month for each household. That means only one person in one household can take part in the survey and get the reward for that month regardless of the amount of purchases made.

To take part in the survey, you have to take the survey within seven days from the date you purchased your item with the 19-digit number located on the receipt. 

After you have completed the survey, you will be awarded a $2 discount coupon to use on the next purchase of $5, which you can use within the next 90 days.
